About Anita
I paint and design my wearable art in my home studio in Williamsburg VA where I live with my partner Doug, our three rescue cats, Jolie, Teach, and Taz, and our 23-year-old chihuahua mix, Eddie.
I love exploring the gorgeous natural settings around our home, and photos of the area often make their way onto the clothing. In addition to art, meditation, music, dance, and cats are some of my loves. I like to put on some great tunes and dance while I paint.
My work has been in the art and interior design fields for over thirty years. I’ve practiced interior design consultation, and scenic art, painted murals and faux finishes, and created large three-dimensional mosaic pieces. I still exhibit my paintings, but designing these art-based garments for Bradley Paige has been a childhood dream come true! I hope you discover something of yourself in this collection.
